If your looking for home made donuts and treats the Bayside Bakery is the place to go. First your greated by one of the owners or one of their sweet employees. Then they talk you though what they have and how they can help you...all of their donuts taste fresher and tastier as if mama just pulled it out of the oven. You can taste the quality of the coffee in just the first sip and you can see how hard they work to make your experiance wounderful. And now that they are surving burgers, they top every bakery, resturaunt and caffe in town, the next town over, and the next and the next :) trust me you wont be disapointed!
we were visiting family in north bend and they took us to bayside bakery. the maple bars are the best i have had in a long time(wish we lived closer). i tried the cranberry/orange muffin it was outstanding and a turkey sandwhich also very very good.they did a great job decorating the place. it was clean and believe me i look at things like that. karen stockton, calif

Wow they have the best donuts around! I almost didn't go and check them out because of the other review but I am glad I did because they are wonderful! I am not sure where the other person went but they were totally wrong on all counts in their review. They had a huge selection of donuts to choose from and they were very shapely and looked way better than anything local! I had a carmel apple fritter and my friend had a turnover and they were delish! While we were in there they were making their homemade soup (broccoli cheese chowder) and is smelled so good I decided to come back for lunch and try it with a turkey bltg and bland is far from how I would describe their food! The soup was excellent and so was the panini, I will definitely be back and soon! So for anyone who is reading these reviews I would definitely check out the bakery for yourself before listening to someone elses opion because they just might be WRONG!

As a small town cafe they are not bad. Their panini have light flavorful breads and the ingredients inside are ok for a quick cheap meal. As a bakery they are beyond sub par. Their selection is weak. They sell by far the worst croissants on the planet. They obviously don't have a clue what a turnover is suppose to be. The doughnuts and other supposed bakery items look like they were made by a child. There is no size or shape consistency. The quick breads and muffins were tough and flavorless. I could go on but I think you get the point.
