Not happy this time around. They don't guarantee Keratin treatment unless you buy the products from them. I have had 4 treatments and this one just didn't take. I used sodium free shampoo and conditioner, like they said, and didn't wash it for 3 days. I could tell almost immediately that it wasn't right. I was happy last year since it lasted for months and cost $79 through Groupon. They locked me into that price, but when I called this year the price went up to $89 because "the product cost them more". I mentioned that Groupon was offering a discount that would only cost new clients $75 or $79, but my lock in price cost me more. It didn't matter. My hair is more frizzy than it was before the treatment, so it was a waste of money for me this time around. They did not attempt to work with me at all, so I will not be going back. I guess with 150-200 clients/month they can afford to lose clients. Maybe they are rushing the process. Taylor was nice, but manager wouldn't help.

I have one issue with this salon. They love to do deals on Groupon, LivingSocial, etc., for their Keratin treatments but unfortunately they do not disclose up front that there will be an additional charge of $40. I don't know but when I am buying a deal for $79 and I am going to be charged an additional 1/2 of that amount at the time of the service I want to know. The up to $40 dollars IS ALWAYS $40 irrespective of hair length. My hair was short but I was told it was not based on length but on quality/coarseness. Really??? Doesn't everyone who have one of these treatments have fairly brittle, dry, coarse hair? The staff is nice and the place is clean and cozy but I find the lack of honesty with their so called "deals" to be rather offensive. Roll the extra charge into the deal price even if you sell slightly less and everyone will walk out satisfied.

I finally found someone who can cut hair. Thank God! I am very pleased all around and have already scheduled my next appointment.

Couldn't be happier. Cristina is a pro at the keratin process and my curly, frizz of a head has been straight and silky smooth for 3 months so far. Would highly recommend!

They are new to the neighborhood so I gave them a shot and I highly recommend these very professional ladies! The salon is clean and beautiful as it should be and I was more than pleased with my hair!! 2 thumbs up!!
