Provided by YP.comTerrible company.gave them a try for 3 yrs.pumped freon in air just to put bandage on problem.had valve replaced twice.still leaking.charged a ton and would never recommend this company.terrible!!

I have used Amazing Air Inc. out of North aurora many times. They are the best heating and air company around. They have serviced my furnace and air for over 10 years. They are always professional and on time. They even changed my water heater.........They do it all! I had them out last winter when my furnace went out. It was later at night and "Ace" the technician came out and fixed everything in less then 30 minutes. He truly is an "Ace". They really seem to care about when they do. If you need any heating or a/c repair or replacement these are the guys to call! Thanks Amazing!!!!

When my ac went out I didn?t know who to call so I called my sister she said you should try and get a hold of amazing they do a great job. So I did just that and I mean to say she was spot on. From the time the phone was answered to the time they had completed the repair was just about as easy as you could hope for they did exactly what they said and it cost me exactly what the technician told me it would no surprise it was Amazing.

I've used Amazing since I bought my home in 2004 & they have the BEST customer service & technicians. They're always friendly, on time & very clean/tidy. I've recommended Amazing to all my friends & family & they've been just as happy.

Provided by YP.comI saw those other reviews and have to say that my experience was the complete opposite. Doug was great! The company that installed my furnace originally didn't leave me in the best position equipment-wise for adding AC. Doug came out and laid out all the options for me with a price that was fair. Dave the installer, showed up on time, was professional, made some additional recommendations as far as placement for the outside unit and did a great job. The bill equaled the quote to the penny so there were no surprises. I don't see how this transaction/ installation could have gone any smoother. I'm very pleased with the results.
Without any doubt I would recommend this company.

I purchased a coupon (GopherSavings) for this company for a furnace AND air check and clean. The furnace was cleaned in the winter but due to weather they could not do the air. The service tech wrote on the coupon to call in the spring 2013 to schedule the A/C check no charge. I did this and they came out and refused to honor coupon as they said coupon company had made an error and it should not have been for both services, only one of them. The owner wanted me to deal with coupon company and was very condescending. I am more mad about the customer service than the money. I have never had an issue with GopherSavings.

Provided by YP.comNot only did we have a bad experience and was going to be overcharged on a warranty issue, they also had a glitch in there billing system and after receiving several bills (we paid at the time of service). I called each time, I was assured it was taken care of by the rude woman who runs the office. Imagine my surprise when I received a collection notice. The check was given to the techinician at the time of service and the check cleared just over a week later. I requested a call from the owner and havenot received a return call.

Provided by DexKnowsDo not use this company! They will take your money and run laughing to the bank. Their service person Joel was unprofessional, under-qualified and rude. He overlooked a gas leak at the furnace, turning the furnace on and leaving the home with a gas leak. Nicor emergency service had to come out and shut off the gas. The Nicor professional said that any reputable furnace repair company would have detected the gas leak & fixed it, not turn the furnace on and leave. We called the Amazing Inc. service person back & he refused to return unless we paid another $90 for a service call plus $150 for the gas leak repair - that's $240 in addition to the $188 we already paid them for 40 minutes at our home that same day. The Nicor rep said they would repair the leak for $50! Doug, the owner of Amazing Inc stood behind his service person's sloppy, unsafe work and high fees and has not returned my calls. We lost out big time & I just hope others will learn from our experience!

He knew I was a customer because I said it loud enough for him to hear me. The girl went into his office to see if he would see me and said "NO" he did not have time for me. He could have come out of his office and asked if I could see him another time and said "We appreciate your business". I left, thought about it and called and told him to take our name off the mailing list and throw away our files. He said I had a lot of nerve coming in to his business without an appointment and said I was "railing on him". I told him I guess he just lost a new furnace and air unit we were going to buy in the spring. He made some other smart remark. I was just so floored I can't even remember what he said. I have been in sales and customer service for years. You don't treat people this way. His technicians are nice, but he is a jerk. You would think he would value 9 years

Provided by YP.comMade an apointment for service and was charged $250.00 dollars to vacuum my furnace - 30 minutes of work.
My doctor only charges 130 for an office visit and spends more time with me.
