It’s very obvious these people have 0 customer service skills! I suggest you find another vet. They were so rude to me! Me and everyone I know will pass this on!
I have had the best experience with Dr. Santos. She is very kind and has been wonderful to my 2 furkids.
I thought I found a great clinic but after my recent visit I am extremely disappointed. I brought a feral cat to neuter to be released later. The cat was given dewormer and flea treatment without my permission. When I told Dr. Strock that the cat is feral and will go back and get worms and fleas again, he said that cats over 1 year old get immune to fleas and worms! That was the stupidest thing I ever heard from the vet!! Later I called the office manager who told me giving flea meds/dewormer was their policy. Well, I think pet owners must be informed of any policies, no? A simple cat neutering bill was about $200. I felt ripped off.
P.S. My other cat was "dewormed" by them just to find out later she was full of tapeworms. After giving her fancy expensive meds (applied on the neck), she still had worms. I asked for simple Drontal pills and they said they did not carry any. Really? I ended up driving to the other vet.
Horrible experience. They overcharged me, agreed to reimburse me then wrote on my chart that I was difficult to deal with. From the bitter older gal working the front to the male vet that wanted me to keep a journal on my dogs seizures instead of treating him, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I wish NO stars was available.

Both Dr. Strocks are wonderful and caring. They have taken care of our pets for the past couple of years after we had a very bad experience with another local vet. They have worked with on prices when we've needed them to. We thank The Lord for them every day.
Our dogs and cats have been patients here for many years. The Strocks and their staff are loving, concerned, and most importantly knowledgeable about taking care of our animals. I would not take my pets anywhere else.
The whole staff is just wonderful. Dr. Barry is very nice and great with my dog. He doesn't talk to you like most doctors do on a power trip. He's very understanding and listens to my concerns and questions. The rates are affordable. Great vet. experience. -Rosemary & Buddy (5 1/2 yr old spitz)
I've been using Drs. Strock at Veterinary Healthcare Associates for 7 years. I have 3 medium sized dogs of various ages. I find the prices at Veterinary Healthcare Associates to be on the 'cheaper' size than other offices in the area, and the care given to my pets has always been top notch. One of my dogs needed surgery on his paw, and Dr. Barry Strock's care and technique was exceptional. His office handled all of my 'panic' questions with great care and consideration. I now have a dog who is showing signs of his age, and both Dr. Kim and Dr. Barry are guiding me through diagnostics (in the cheapest way possible).
This vet's office was great in the beginning. Just awesome and welcoming. Year by year...a slow decline in every way. Prices have risen out of control and they won't work with you. Their ped med prices are outrageous, so I went online to order, and this office REFUSES to give me a prescription to order online. My three pets have been clients there for 7 years!!! They dont mind taking hundreds of dollars every year, but when I try to save a little cash online, they won't do me a favor and write a prescription for me. Go firgure! I will be taking my pets somewhere else. I won't be wasting my time here anymore.
Thank You for doing Your Best for our Princess Sandie. To all your staff also a Huge Thank You for comforting Sandie when we couldn't. Our Princess is better now and runs in the fluffy clouds with the rest of the Mackmull Klan. We Miss U Poo but you are always and forever in our Hearts. GOD BLESS
