      Office booked 2 patients for Dr. Bernstein at 10:30am, mine at 10:45am. I arrived at 10:30am and nothing was said about delays. After a half hour wait, at 11:00am, the first 10:30am patient was called in to the dr. When I spoke to reception I was told that after the 1st 10:30am patient, there was another and then my 10:45am appt would follow....meaning I wouldn't be seen for another hour. No apology, no concern to rebook when I cancelled my appt. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
