The service here is quite amazing, considering the fact that they serve lots of customers in a daily basis.

In all my years as a cat owner, I've never owned one that needed to be groomed because of matted fur. Well, I do now. I have a Ragamuffin and he HATES being combed and hides at the sight of a comb, brush or scissors. Being that his fur is crazy long with more than one coat, I finally decided that I was unable to help him anymore. My sister-in-law referred me to Carol because she had also had a long haired cat ( a Persian) that needed grooming twice a year so I called Carol. I warned her that Corey was a problem child. No Problem for her she said. LONG story short, I fully expected to see an angry shaved cat when I went to pick him up but Carol was able to comb out the matts, bathe him and not even one bloody wound to show for it!! A miracle indeed. I have complete confidence in Carol and wouldn't hesitate recommending her services to anyone.

My pet is a longhaired breed and difficult to groom. She had been going to highly recommended groomers in the center of Andover. The first time they did a great job. When I took my pet back for a second time she looked horrendous. She was shaved bald in some spots, uneven cut, etc. I have a longhair dog because I wanted her that way. If I wanted a shorthair breed I would have gotten one. Lisa at GroomTown is FANTASTIC. My dog looked like a show dog when I picked her up. Her fur was trimmed short but was still very soft and cuddly. Lisa was very good with "Precious" and made both of us feel comfortable and right at home. "Precious was even rewarded with a little treat on her way out. Lisa took her time to comb her out instead of just shaving her. Kudos Lisa, we'll definitely be back. Thanks for an excellent job.

My previous groomer was on vacation and My dog needed to be groomed. I would usually have waited but I had family coming over so I called GroomTown. I am glad I did! The shop was very clean, the groomer was fantastic and the price was a little less than my dog's previous groomers prices. My dog came home beautifully groomed and smelled great. The am very pleased with GroomTown Pet boutique and Spa, and will be taking my dog there in the future.

This salon is very clean and open,, I felt very comfortable leaving my animals. The owner is a very knowledgeble person who has a great repore with animals.
