I purchased a bed for my son. I was unhappy about the comfort. It felt as though the springs were coming through. I called Central Radio and they sent out a rep. The rep came out was very plesant. I received a call from somone in customer service. They told me that they went out on the floor and this was the construction of the bed, it was like the floor model. I said I wasnt very happy with the bed. They suggested that I put it in a guest room. The bed is only three months old. She then said well we have a buy back progam and said they could give me 99.00 for it. I paid 7 times that. I told her I would never buy anything from Central Radio again and told her the customer servcie was poor. She responeded " Thats okay". I guess they really dont need the business so I wouldnt adivse shopping here. Very disappointed with them. Have bought other items here will never go back but I guess they don't care anyway.
