- DemolitionIn May 2016, Senate Builders finished the RPA project in the Operations Center Building. This project entailed a complete transformation of an existing hangar that once housed A-10 fighter aircraft. The scope involved substantial demolition, removal of all systems, including hangar doors, and the installation of a new concrete slab. Senate Builders replaced plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression, electrical, communications, and fire alarm systems, rejuvenating the facility to its current state.
- LandscapingIn May 2009, Senate Builders completed the Heated Storage Facility for the Army USFPO of PA. This project encompassed the design and construction of a 6,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building, providing two floors of managed space for future military equipment. Additionally, we installed a comprehensive electrical equipment package, including lighting and a new transformer. Site improvements featured new concrete sidewalks, aprons, grading, and landscaping enhancements.
- Landscape LightingIn 2007, Senate constructed a UAV Training Facility for the US Property & Fiscal Office, featuring split-face block construction, a standing seam metal roof, and siding system. This facility includes administration offices, common areas, toilet rooms, and a maintenance bay with three overhead doors. Outside amenities comprise parking, sidewalks, outdoor lighting, and a 2,000 sq. ft. grounding apron for UAVs. Dedicated to training and supporting the new Stryker Brigade, this facility aligns with its global mission in war operations.
- Irrigation SystemsSenate Builders tackled the Building 69 Addition project in Tobyhanna, PA, featuring a 60'x64' addition with a mezzanine and a 5,000-pound lift. We optimized space utilization with comprehensive lighting, heating, and sprinkler system enhancements for the entire facility. Moreover, our energy-efficient LED lighting and gas-fired forced hot air units improved the existing building section. From site evaluations to precise design, we ensured this project exceeded expectations.

- Residential Roof RepairIn October 2011, Senate completed the renovation of two US Army buildings' docks and canopies. This involved the installation of a light steel-framed truss system and standing seam pre-manufactured metal panel roofs over existing tension-supported flat-pitched canopies. Additional enhancements included fascia moldings, trim detailing, soffit coverings, new lighting, fire alarm systems, painting, access doors, EPDM roofing, and structural steel, ensuring comprehensive improvements to the facilities.

- MasonrySenate Builders created an automated sniper field fire range exclusively for the new Stryker Brigade in Pennsylvania. This project included six masonry support buildings, housing an ammunition shelter, operations maintenance building, storage facility, bleacher building, latrine, and mess cover shelter. Additionally, a 60-ft high Control Tower with advanced technology was constructed. The field fire range featured electrically operated and solar-powered targets to cater to diverse training requirements.
- Electrical WorkSenate Builders completed barracks renovation in May 2010, two months early, redesigning and upgrading seven wooden barracks from 1941. The enhancements improved living conditions, energy efficiency, and code compliance. The interior layout featured an open bay with cadre rooms. Upgrades included solid core doors, plumbing improvements, new HVAC systems, electrical renovations, and modern lighting fixtures. Our comprehensive electrical work ensured a high-quality and timely project completion.
