This Bar Association needs to set up an advice/general information service for callers who need questions answered about law in general, E.G Internet Law and particular aspects of that or other types of law. I was not impressed because this association does not have an advice/general info Hotline.

They'll provide a free referral to a qualified attorney based on all types of criteria. Once they provide a referral, the initial consultation with that lawyer is heavily discounted.
