Consumer Satisfaction Team is a group of mental health consumers who assess the mentalhealth care quality in Montgomery County, PA.The group lists and documents the quality of behavioral health and substance abuse care services in the region. It maintains a bookstore that offers a range of illness and alcohol abuse-related study materials. In addition, Consumer Satisfaction Team conducts community support programs for youths, adults and mentally disabled individuals. The group s programs focus in the area of monitoring care services available for individuals with substance abuse problems, mental illnesses and hearing impairments. It is funded by the Montgomery County Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse. Consumer Satisfaction Team is located in Norristown, Pa.
