      I love the case manger that was there Charise (i think i spelled it right) she was not even my manager but she took the time to help me talked with me and treated like a person my case manager Jovana was ignorant and short didnt care and looked down on everybody she talked about people and everything I thought the director was charise but it was crystal she was dippy never hardly left her office and just plain weird....its a shame charise left the place has changed since then
