When I last got my oil changed they told me my brake pedal was low and I should have it checked. When I took it in later, they quoted me $958.17 in repairs. I later took it to a local repair shop that had been in business for 28 years for a second opinion. They told me after inspection that my brakes were in perfect functioning order and that my rotors looked next to new and were without rust. I have to wonder how many people have taken their word for it and did not get a second opinion like I did. recommended because

My husband and I were going to take my truck here to get the A/C fixed, but there was a 2 hour wait. No problem. They said they'd call when we were next up so my hubby didn't have to wait around. An hour later, he was finished with errands, so he went back to check his place. They said it was still going to be another two hours, so my husband just came home. We waited and waited, and never heard anything back from them. We took my truck elsewhere, and due to the bad service/communication, I don't really want to take my truck back to find out if their mechanical work is any better than their customer service was.
