The Youth Habilitation Centers is a nonprofit organization that provides a variety of research, prevention, treatment and after care programs for juveniles. The organization offers intensive residential treatment services for emotionally disturbed male adolescents. Its staff members include social workers, psychiatrists, counselors, psychologists, nurses, therapists and special education coordinators. Located in Norman, Okla., the Youth Habilitation Centers programs uses the Directive Therapy treatment programs. The organization s Delta Unit is a 12-bed facility that treats youths adjudicated for crimes against persons. It provides on-site educational programs through the Norman Public School System.
