Very hectic place. Only had my child for two weeks because I didn’t like the way they ran the place. Children to teacher ratio was always way off when I would pick up and drop off. I signed a medication slip to authorize them to give medicine to my son and they didn’t give him the medicine that day. The food choices are horrible (breakfast: half a slice of white toast with cheese on top one day and a GOGURT another day). What kind of nutrition is that? Lunch options are very snacky and they never seem to use bibs so my sons clothes would get filthy so quick that I would have to physically put one on him before leaving in the mornings (which they would leave on him all day). The staff is not very friendly or personable. Morning drop offs were Awkward with staff not talking to you and hectic with screaming kids all over not being attended to. Few times we picked up my son early and teacher was on cellphone sitting down while my son was screaming in the corner. Hygiene is not a top priority there at all. Within those two weeks of my son there he managed to get a cold, two ear infections, pink eye, and Allergic reaction (he is typically very normal without any issues). And let’s mention how on his first day he gets bit TWICE on two different incidents. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Staff is very lax, careless, and not friendly. There were so many different “teachers” everyday in the room and it was not consistent. For reference my son was in the toddler room for 1 year olds. (Their last DHS inspection was also horrible, should of researched that before placing my son there)

I recommend this as either MDO or full day care. It is a very supportive, caring environment for both children and parents. Our child has been very happy here. Directors, teachers and staff are very willing to listen to parents and are very supportive. Small enough for good ratios and a solid program.
