they have had my ps3 for over 7 months now and I have called and went to the store several times asking for the status of it and have been told that it was sent out for parts and not returned yet. I still have not got my ps3 back and they still have not been able to give me an update or even a date as to when it will be back. I am not doing business with them anymore

Horrible service. I paid $180 dollars to get my iPad screen fixed and for them to fix a dent in the corner of the metal. The screen was perfect when i got it back, but there were shards of plastic and metal sticking out on the side , and They had the audacity to tell me that i dropped it. Also, they cut off my wifi. They agreed to fix everything, and they have had my ipad for 2 months

Customer service is terrible. You have to pay up front for parts. Took over 6 weeks to get the part in. I went in several times, was upset when I went in on week 5. The lady that works at the store asked me if I had followed up with them to see if the part was in. I had been into the store 3 times at that point. Really, should I have to follow up to find out if the part was in? Fast forward 2 months after I ordered the part and my phone still isn't fixed because of their hours and it takes 30 min to replace the part and I don't want to leave my phone with them overnight. Do not go here.
