I read the other terrible review and have to wonder if this guy is talking about the same apartments. I have lived here for 2 years and have never had any problem with people not giving notice. In fact, they always notify me if they are going to send anyone to my apartment for any reason. The manager is very nice and down to earth and she always makes sure the maintenance staff arrives promptly upon any request that I have. Yes, the apartments are older so sometimes there are quirky things that mess up, but they get fixed quickly! It is a very quiet community and I have NEVER had a bug problem, which is a big pet peeve of mine! I plan on staying here until I graduate and move back home.

If I could give this a zero star rating I would. I don't have the time to go into all the problems I had with this apartment, but perhaps the worst problem was the fact that they forgot to get my key back from the carpet guys (after the sewage backed up on my carpet and they had to replace it) and 3 months later they changed the lock on my door with no notice. Not only was there no notice, but there was also no phone call, so I came home late that night and couldn't get in my own home! They left an "emergency number" to call...yeah...I called about 20 times and they never picked up. This was December. It was COLD and I had to sleep at a friend's. I stormed in the office the next day and all the lady said was sorry and gave me a $25 credit on the next month's rent. Gee. Thanks. Yeah, that's just the icing of the problems I had. Just stay away. Seriously.
