I had bad luck with this place too. They are not very professional in that place nor do they have bicycle repairmen that really care for your bike. I got burnt once and am never going back. Believe me there are better places to deal with. Just shop around.

Stay away from this place. They are unfriendly to the bicycle consumer. I took my bike in for repair, they test drove it and ran over a pot hole which needed a new rim. They told me that they assume no responsibility for a bike while in their care and that if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay for it. I just left and I urge all bikers to look at all options before dealing with this place! NOT NOT RECOMMENDED.

I don't recommend this place at all. They attempted to take advantage of me when I brought my bike in for repair. They refused to honor their life time free adjustments warranty because they told me that it was time to buy another bike from them. I walked out and will not be back.

Took my bike in for repairs,they over charged me and didn't fix the problem Not knowledgeable when it comes to bike repairs. Better bike shops out there.

There are much better bike shops in the metro area to take your bike for repair or to buy one from. I do not recommend Al's to anyone because of the negative experience that I and my friends received. When it comes to repairs, thery are not as knowlegable as other dealers and for buying a new bike, they will tell you in a rude manner that the price on the bike is the price you will pay. They won't work with you like other bike dealers. Also, the lifetime warranty adjustments is below standards. I brought my bike in every spring for a so called tune up, one year I took the Al's sticker off the bike. They refused anymore free adjustments. They knew I bought the bike from them.They told me it was to much trouble to look up . I never delt with them after this. I know friends who went in looking for a new bike and they weren't very nice .
