Redbird plumbing is Awesome! They come in, get the job done and are reasonably priced. This business is top notchwe have used them for multiple issues through out the years!

This is in responce to the negative review left Dec 4, 2012. Redbird Plumbing is a small business with (4) full time employees and (2) part time staff. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship and customer service. We stand behind our reputation and are proud to be apart of the Bloomington/Normal service providers community. Our awards in the Pantagraph (#2 ranked in Mclean County out of 46 for 2013), and our Angies List 2012 and 2013 awards for BEST in Mclean County speak of our character and our job performance.

Redbird Plumbing has saved us in an emergency twice now - once with a sump pump and the other time with our water heater. They came out quickly, did a fantastic job and were affordable. They even took the time to explain some details to us for future. I'd highly recommend!

No follow through. Poor attitude. Hire a small business to do the work because I assure you-they're hungrier and will take more pride in the job they do.

My sump pump failed and my basement was taking on water, not only were they responsive on a saturday night, they had professional staff at AFFORDABLE pricing. Other plumbers said their first availability would be Monday, and Redbird Plumbing saved my basement. Clean and quick to respond, will continue to recomend to anyone in need of a plumber.

They were very prompt, told us they could do the job. When they left they told us they would check on parts and get back with us.We waited and when we called them they would not answer or return our call.We left a message asking them if they could let us know if they wanted the job or not. We never heard from them
