My husband and I love this place. We go at least once a month. Great food, beer, wait staff and the place is even accomedating to children. You should try the appitizers like the Ropp Curds.

Wonderful place to have a cool beer and great meal. The Potts Roast Sandwich is excellent!
Nice to have another restaurant related to chains in Bloomington. Presentation of food is incredible. Ambience is really cool. Would like to see menu expanded.
Destihl is now open, across from Shoppes at College Hills Mall. They offer a variety of on-site brews. Very good sandwiches and Hot Jambalaya! Recommend the Potts Roast (named after the founder) and the Normal Lager. Food will not disappoint. Atmosphere is **** with small stage and views of the brewery.
