Founded in 1965, Colene Hoose Elementary School offers a range of educational and extracurricular programs to students. The organization is located in Normal, Ill., and is operated by McLean County Unit District No. 5. It has a library, gymnasium, and more than 10 special education and general education classrooms. The school organizes intramural competitions in various sports, such as football, volleyball, basketball, track and softball. It also organizes an after-school program that is sponsored by the district. It provides a variety of academic programs, including English, math, science, social studies, arts, and health and physical education. It also offers elective academic programs that include arts and crafts, instrumental music, drawing and computer applications.
