Staff and owner were super friendly as well as helpful. No credit card used was a plus for me (hate using them). Older models not really top notch shape, but you get what you pay for. On occasion that's good enough. 6 trips to DC and back and no problems. One rental for work and one because our single car family's was in the shop. Gave 4 stars because of no Sunday hours (and no web site) so had to rent an extra day. Submitted anonymously because of this page. I will be renting again.

This is the most friendly est i've ever rented from. The prices are unbeatable. I had to rent for 3 months and they helped me all the way. I learned one thing treat them as you would want to be treated.

Cars are older and barely maintained, but the prices are rock bottom. No credit card required. If you need a truck/van/box truck, this is the place. If you're looking for something long term, this is the place. People are indeed nice, but be ready for cars that have issues, are banged up, and make sure you know how to change a tire. You know the statement, "Don't worry about it...it's a rental?" Yeah, well...THESE are the cars that have been treated that way.

Nice people, the van was helpful when I needed one when my car was in the shop. Their cars are not top of the line, but worth the price.

The rates are cheaper than the rest but the vehicles are the worst.
