This is the probably the worst company I've ever worked with. They took my money in January and told me it would be 7-10 weeks to get my windows. It has now been 6 months and I still don't have my windows. I keep getting the runaround. Furthermore, I've reached out to the General Manager and left numerous messages on both his cell and office phone, and he will not take my phone call. My next action is to file a suit for money loss due to this experience and money loss because of it.

Horrible product, they can not and do not stand by. They keep sending someone out to address my issues, but it's just an excuse to say they did something. The office manager, Heather, has a terrible attitude when I'm trying to explain the problem. A horrible experience. I asked them for the information for the energy efficiency, still have nothing, they can't even tell me what my ratings are.

First contact was on Feb 7th for estimate . Contract says it will 5 weeks for start of installation and 6 weeks for completion. Company measured on Feb 18th, 6 weeks and three days from this day was when the windows were installed. Installers were courteous and cleaned up pretty good after themselves. They left a cigarette butt in my yard and some caulk and paint remnants. But the windows are in caulked and work nicely. I had just had my walls and trim painted and there were some marks that I had to repaint. All in all a good experience.

I had Sea-Thru replace 26 windows in home. The windows took 6 weeks to be made and assembled, exactly like I was told it would. There were no hidden fees, no added fees. Very respectful and professional crew. There were 2 men and they only took 2 days to replace all 26 windows. This was the best price I could find and my electric bill has literally been cut in half since we got the new windows. There was no debris at all, no mess whatsoever for my wife or myself to clean up. The two man crew took care of everything. I was notified when they showed up, when they left for lunch, when they returned from lunch then when they were leaving for the day. If I had more windows to replace I would go through Sea-Thru again, we are very happy with their service and overall job quality.

Called Sea-Thru-windows to have them give me an estimate for a window and they refused because I live in Moyock, NC on the east coast border.
