I have had power windows repared four times since I have owned Pontiac grand am. cost 400 dollars each time,now they don't work again. same problem every time

I made an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation along with some misc items (outlets and drivers seat controls wouldn't work, sunroof screen wouldn't recoil). When I dropped off my vehicle at the appointment time, the service desk told me it may take until tomorrow since a special part was probably needed for the drivers seat control. I insisted that I needed my vehicle back today and just to perform oil change with tire rotation, and I could always get the misc items done at a later date when the part for the driver's seat arrives. After just under four hours of waiting in the lounge (I noticed other customers arriving after me and leaving with their service done), I asked about the status of my vehicle and it wasn't even seen yet and they didn't have a reason why! I immediately asked for my vehicle back since I was extremely unhappy. All they could offer me was to reschedule for tomorrow. I will never go back to this dealership for any kind of service again!
