Lake Taylor High School provides general academic education programs to more than 1,500 students in grades 9 through 12. The school s curriculum includes English, math, Earth science, chemistry, biology and history. Its range of extracurricular activities includes art, music and physical education. It provides special education services to gifted and talented students. Lake Taylor High School also offers a variety of sports activities, such as hockey, golf, volleyball, basketball, baseball and tennis. The school offers French, Latin, Japanese, Spanish and German as foreign languages. In addition, it features a band, choir and orchestra. The school provides occupational, physical, speech and language therapies to students with learning disabilities. Its additional services include guidance, counseling, food, transportation and health care. The school s facility features a library and media center that organizes several events, including book fairs and reading programs.
