Called and requested documents and never received them a week later. When I called back to express my frustrations about not having the documents, I was told by Kat herself that she could not help me and disconnected the phone in my face. She then decided not to answer any of my phone calls for the rest of the afternoon. If it takes them a week to send a document I would not do business with them!

I am glad we found them ! Jenny, the owner is well versed in commercial insurance and if she doesnt know something SHE WILL FIND THE ANSWER! Marley, one of her employees is pleasant as well.
