      Great lifters' gym. Members and staff are great, friendly and knowledgable. Everybody's there to help everybody. If you want results, this is the place to come. Lots and lots of free weights, and no shortage of machines!

      I give it a three star because the Staff is friendly . However, their equipment is old and run down. Needs to be clean. There is not enough room in the gym. A lot of the equipment is broken. Most of the machines like treadmills and elliptical can not even hold a Ipad or cell phone. However, I like their one day pass which is only 10.00.

      Great local gym with lots of equipment and helpful staff - they help you focus on getting results. Not a fancy gym but has everything you need especially if you're into bodybuilding. Good fitness classes like Zumba too. Best of all is right across the street from the Beach!
