We custom design training to support your business needs, write training manuals and books, and design surveys for many needs. We have designed five of ASTD's Certificate Programs. We develop products such as needs assessments, questionnaires, surveys, evaluations, employee handbooks, and mentoring handbooks. We were one of the first 23 companies selected by the U.S. Government's General Services Administration ( GSA ) as an approved vendor. This designation is the Government's "good housekeeping stamp of approval." Feeling the effects of competition, one of our clients was determined to cut costs and increase profits.
