My sister and I are thrift store junkies, so we were excited when this store opened to explore and find bargains. We first came right after the store opened and were very disappointed in the merchandise and prices, the shelves were bare and the boutique area had nothing special. Being a new store we decided to give it another chance and visited a few Weeks later. we were impressed at the progress the store seemed to be making. All the shelves were full and the prices were outstanding. The clothes seemed to be better quality and there were tons of great deals in the miscellaneous section. even the boutique was coming along nicely. Electronics were priced low and had excellent deals. My sister and I left with a cart full that day. Fast forward to yesterday, Aug 12. On our return visit we were disappointed once again. The store seemed incredibly empty, shelves bare, toy section A mess, cheap ugly furniture, misc section overpriced with missing parts to pieces, a huge difference in prices for similar items. Even worse was the so called boutique, cheap overpriced items with bare walls. Come on now, 1.49 for free samples? Expired used make up? 80.00 for a cheap watch? jewelry was very limited and was cheap junk. As much as I wanted to love this store, it fails miserably on all counts with the exception of the electronic section and perhaps a good deal on a shirt or two. Maybe we will return in the future to see if there has been changes.

This store is nothing but awesome. They have great selections of furniture and electronics. From my experience the staff has been nothing but kind and helpful, even going so far as to load some furniture into my truck which many stores don't do. As far as nonprofit, they are connected to Eggleston, which is a non profit group that helps the mentally and physically disabled find work and lodging. I have nothing but kind words for this place so check out.

Our experience was much different as two employees came by our Norfolk home. Very friendly and professional. They introduced themselves made sure they were only taking items that were designated for the pick up. Wish the store much success.
