I can't even give this hotel 1 star, but had to give it 1 star because it wouldn't let me submit. The room smelled horrible of pet/mold/stale odor. After spraying room with Fabreeze and Lysol, it didn't help. We were told at check in that breakfast would be at 5:00, but it wasn't set up until 7:00. The hotel was not very inviting in the breakfast area. During the day, chairs were up and hotel laundry was being folded in this area. I did not see hotel staff the next day, there are signs up directing and telling you what to do. I will not stay here again! Other people in our group stayed in this hotel and had similar stories to share. The images on the website are inviting but VERY misleading. It doesn't look anything like the website (inside or outside).
