We have patronized the Horse N' Carriage on multiple occasions. To be honest the reviews are mixed at best. My wife enjoys the flavors she has had, where I personally would say the food is average at best. But the one thing both my wife and I agree on is the service, here they rate an "F-". While the servers are pleasant there is dirty little secret about how the general public rates with them, "YOU DON'T". Here is how it works. If they are not busy you will get seated in a reasonable amount of time. But if they are busy be prepared to wait and wait and wait. This would be fine except others don't. If you are one of the "in crowd" (friend or family of an employee or the owner) just walk in and sit down. We were extremely insulted as many people came in just were seated, but we waited about 45 minute and had even called ahead. They did this to several other parties too.
