I was sold a junk car. Mario hesitated on selling me a yellow Scion XB. Then after telling him that I was told to get insurance on the vehicle before buying, he told me to put $2,000 down. The car wasn't great, it had 188k miles on it, but I loved it's potential. Suddenly, after 10 days of driving the car, the oil filter dropped out of the car onto the street and busted a hole into the engine making it undrivable any longer. Mario would not help me as his customer. He complained about how it was a loss for him and he took the car back with no refund offered and without offering to help fix the car. Now, I am sure he is going to use my $2,000 to buy another used engine and sell the same yellow Scion XB to another buyer in the future. I basically paid Mario to fix one of his cars! Worst used car purchase experience ever! Boycott William D. and Duluth Auto Sales. They do not deserve to be in business. I was sold a junk car! And he kept my money and my car!

I recently found a car on their lot and totally fell in love with it. I signed the papers and set up my monthly payment arrangements. However, I am still waiting for my car. There is a terrible line of communication between the owner, staff, & buyers. If I didn't love the car so much I would definitely forfeit the deal. But, I am still considering it because there is NO reason why I should be waiting this long for a car.
