VERY POOR SERVICE. I had Houndstooth over to do airduct and furnace service. THey did a poor job. Still had dust..still no airflow. Called other companies who came and confirmed that the work was not done. Called Houndstooth. Just to get an idea from someone who doesn't stand to gain, i called the gas company. THeir guy showed me that they had not done it. Houndstooth guys called me rudely asking why should they come back..they did the job. I told them what was the issue and they said they would come. NO SHOW..Probably never intended to come. The manager has the audacity to ask why I never called them. I told him check his records. Poor customer service.
