must be a front for something they have no interest in selling trucks
After finding the van we wanted we agreed on a price with the dealer. Dealer had never disclosed that van was not yet smoged. They charged us for smog and licence fees on our sales contract. After delivery and cash payment for the van we had dropped the van off to have line x installed. The van had a bad battery that the dealer was in agreement of replacing at time of sale. After picking up the van from having the line x installed. We took the van into the dealer to have the battery switched out. We were then informed that the van needed to be smoged. They would reimburse us for any smog fees that were incurred. They asked that we would put at least 70 miles on the van (for the battery to be properly charged) and get the van tuned up. Following day we had a tune up performed on the van. Our mechanic informed us that the van #3 cylinder was not firing the proper compression. With that problem the van would not be able to pass standard smog test. We returned the van to the dealer to remedy this matter. They informed us that van would be fixed and that they would keep us informed. The dealer never called us. We have contacted them on a daily basis to find out what is the status on our van. When we call there is no definite time or any answers as to the detail of the work that is being performed. We have been cordial and polite without any tension. We want the public to be aware of this dealers poor standards of customer service and pre vehicle inspections. This truly is a buyer beware type of dealership. This issue has caused a financial loss to our family owned business. This issue to date has not been resolved and legal counsel is being sought after. As dealer has been paid a cash sum of $10,250.00 for the vechicle $620.00 for line x $100.00 in gasoline to fill up tank and $340.00 for tune up. With no communication on their part to inform us of a time frame or simple update.

I purchased my Honda Accord on 11-20-10. I was very happy with the service. Everyone I dealt with treated me with respect and kindness. Wendy Burich was the phone contact person who answered all my questions and was very helpful. Derrick Turner was the sales consultant who was very polite and courteous, took me on a test drive, answered all my questions without making me feel intimidated. Jimmy in financing was very competent and explained details clearly. The price that was given to me by USAA was honored.
