Last week we had a new vinyl fence installed to replace a dilapidated, 20-year-old wood fence and I couldn't be happier. Jon was the employee who bid our job and oversaw the crew and the amazing, meticulous work they did. At one point, a sprinkler must have been damaged during the installation and the crew contacted Jon who immediately came out and made the necessary repairs....that is great service and integrity on behalf of the crew and Jon to not just leaving the busted sprinkler for us to find out about later. After the job was complete, there was not a piece of material or garbage left behind. Again, they are meticulous and take great pride in doing the job right from beginning to end. Although we had a very difficult neighbor who refused to cooperate during the process, Jon was very patient and worked with us to get the job done. I highly recommend Jon and Valley Cities and would not hesitate to use them again, although, I can't imagine needing a new fence in my lifetime. I needed a dog yard installed and wanted it to match my existing fence that I already have around my pool. We considered doing it ourselves, but I decided to get three estimates just in case as the materials for a DIY'er were pretty expensive. I called several fence companies and could not get a return call from anyone until I contacted Valley Cities Fence. Jon came out on the day as promised for an estimate and I had three options in my hand by the next day. Once I decided what I wanted we had a time scheduled and we were off to the races. Fencing is beautiful and installed just as I requested. They were in and out, cleaned up and on their way. I would absolutely recommend them.

Valley Cities Fence saved the day. I had an emergency one afternoon when my inattention caused me to drive my tractor into my vinyl fencing. It was an emergency because I did not want my husband to find out and I needed a repair ASAP! I drove to Valley Cities Fence to see how quickly I could get a repair. I was told they had a 3 week wait. I explained that I had a replacement post and although the rails were bent, they were intact. They happened to have workers down the street, so Valley Cities called them and had them meet me at my property 15 minutes later. Two gentlemen showed up and repaired my fencing in less than an hour. The work was seamless. You cannot tell where the fencing was fixed along 260' of railing. The price was very reasonable, but what was even better is that my husband never knew that I had damaged a section of the fence. I couldn't be happier with the service and the work Valley Cities Fence did for me. Thank you!

I had recently had an accident at my residence which required a new section to my fence. I made the calls, Valley Cities came recommended by a friend. I set up an appointment and Marcus was the salesman who came. He was very nice and quick to do the quote. Everything looked on the good side so I approved it and within a short time I had sturdy and strong fence once again. I called 4 different companies for quotes. When Jon showed up he was very friendly and just a "regular " guy. I liked that. He had some great suggestions and assured me our fence would be a looker in the neighborhood. I can't lie and say it was all rainbows and smooth. The only negative thing I will say is I had to keep calling and emailing him. He would get back to me it just took a while and I'm a doer so promptness and punctuality is big for me. They started when promised and finished a little after promised, but I changed my mind a few times and Jon would cruise by and just smile and say no problem we will get it right. All my little gripes were fixed and he never had a bad attitude about any of it. I really appreciated his like for the city of Norco and wanting us to be satisfied and happy. In the end we are thrilled and he was right our fences looks awesome. Thanks Jon for being flexible and answering my emails and text message and making everything just the way I wanted!!!! I needed a fence in my backyard to keep my dog from escaping. He's a little guy, no more than 15lbs. Valley City did a good job of putting up the chain link fence nice and close to the existing structure so there's no chance of escape. You can barely fit a credit card in between! They charged a little more than most, but the work was done on time and correctly. You get what you pay for.

We had been looking to put up vinyl fencing for awhile. I took my time and got a lot of estimates. I had heard one of the ones I had got an estimate on does most of the fencing for the city of Corona. But when they came out to give us an estimate they were in about the middle of all the ones I got. I really liked the guy he really seemed to know what he was talking about and pointed out things on other fences that they would have done different. They reinforce there bigger gates so they are sturdier. But they were more expensive. Well he told me to go ahead and get more estimates and he would try and do better or match them. Well he did. We hired them and they were awesome. The workers were the hardest workers I've ever seen. They took pride in there work. They were so nice. They told me everything they were doing step by step. They cleaned the whole fence when they were done. Cleaned up everything. They did both sides and I had two gates put on one side and 1 huge gate on the other. It took only 4 days for everything. Tearing down the old and putting up the new. I can't say enough about them.

Valley Cities Fence put in our new vinyl fence in two stages. They were very patient with us as we had to deal with 3 different neighbors who had there own ideas and desires. They were able to split the bills appropriately and dealt with each neighbor(even the difficult one). No hidden costs and project done within the time line given.

Valley Cities Gonzales Fence has done all of the fencing on my property. From stalls to cross fencing to the white vinyl in the front of my house. Great people to work with, family owned and operated. If you have an issue they will fix it.

Great company to go to for any fence needs . I took them a get I hit at father inlaws . They looked at it said no prob we can fix it . Gave me a reasonable price for parts and labor . The guys the work in the back are great guys . They even had it done early . I would use them again but I hope I done have to .

They started by tearing out the old fence and put in the posts the same day. Everything was done at the highest level of professionalism. They worked tirelessly all day and took everything (all the old fence) away and did not leave one piece of refuse behind... The next they the fence was installed and looks great. Very professional company that I would recommend to anyone looking to install a fence.

Rockstar Fence Company!!! These guys had me quoted and installed in great time, at a great price and the service that I received was among the best I have ever contracted. The installers kept the grounds clean while doing there thing and it never really looked like a major job was going on, even if it was.
