Barbara is great with dogs. My dog, Kaitlyn, does not like people except for myself and my mother. She tried to bite one groomer who then refused to cut her nails. The first time with Barbara, she let me come into the truck with her while she cut Kaitlyn's nails in order to keep Kaitlyn calm. The last time Barbara was here, I was not feeling well. Barbara took Kaitlyn, and not even using Kaitlyn's muzzle, she trimmed her up and seeing she needed her anal glands cleaned she did that too. She didn't charge me for the anal gland cleaning, but I am going to pay her for it the next time she comes. Now, Kaitlyn likes me, my mom, and Barbara.

I call this number to let them know the driver is swerving and not only almost hit me once but THREE TIMES. Then I call to say what the hell! & this lady answers and then when I try to talk you hear another lady in the background cursing a storm if there customer service is like this I can only imagine the rest!
