I have lived in these apartments a little over a month so far. Pros: nice layouts, liberal pet policy, friendly small town atmosphere, rent is affordable, plenty of parking spaces, safe, complex is layed out nicely, pool, small park, business center, close to shopping and activities, mix of cultures and age groups. Cons: the red tape when applying (income sensitive based rent), office does not return phone calls (staff is friendly in person tho), noise, noise, noise, walls are thin- be prepared to hear your neighbors walk, talk, flush toilets etc., dog poop, lots of kids and kid noise. All-in-all its ok, most of my complaints I think you would find in any apartment complex or even subdivision living.
