Horrible service... Long wait and it seems every time I go into this Branch they are training someone. No one seems to know what they are doing and they are stepping over each other to get their tasks done. How many employees does it take to complete a withdrawal or deposit for a customer? Apparently, not one, not two...still counting! I am not blaming the Employee that's being trained...I am blaming management- they are dysfunctional. The first few time, I tried to be understanding- new employee learning the process. But lately, it's out of hand. I am closing my account out...I HIGHLY recommend you bank somewhere else.
