Please do not send anyone who you love to this place. My dad lived there and it was terrible. The people who work there are mean and laugh at the residents. The sides who come to the rooms to help are not qualified. They didn't even know how to get my dad out of his wheelchair. They never came when he pressed his help button and when they did come it was after he waited an hour. No one was helpful at all. At night there s no help at all and I have seen people yelling from their rooms for help. It was disturbing and scary. He had to keep him there while we found another place and thankfully he got him out. The place looks nice from the outside but life for my dad was terrible there.
