The funeral home director was very unprofessional and lacked empathy for the grieving family. Their loved one was "displayed" like a statue in a wax museum and looked nothing like his former self. Also, no music was played in the background during calling hours. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Funerals are a time for a family to grieve. Not to deal with more grief from an uncooperative funeral director.
