Never had a problem before, but GNCFCU did not inform me that they would no longer send us a mailer to inform us of the turkey pickup day, as they used to do. So, for the last 2 or 3 years, I have not gotten a turkey. Assuming everyone else did, I am fuming mad. I only have a CD and a savings account with GNCFCU, so I don't get a monthly statement, and I don't drive by very often, so I missed the turkey pickup day again. Thus, my 3 out of 5 star rating of their service, since I was not very informed, when they claim to be very informing. I will also be considering what other action to take. I will be withdrawing my CD when it comes due, and maybe I'll close out my saving account also.
