A well landscaped and maintained apartment complex, with sizes from a small 1 bedroom to a 3 bedroom townhouse. The units are affordable because it is government subsidized. That means to be a tenant, you must submit all sorts of financial information. Your rent is based on your income. Also there are frequent inspections and quite a few rules to comply with. Because it is low income housing, you may not feel comfortable raising a family here, it's up to you. I've lived here 3 years. Overall, quite satisfied, but now I need to get my daughter away from the bad influences here. Really not a bad place to live, but you might want to reconsider if you have small children.

Excellent community. They have very large, well maintained units at affordable pricing and one of the friendliest and most helpful staffs around. Their Maintenance team in particular is exceptional. I would highly recommend these Apartments to anyone.
