I had an appointment with Dr. Evans and was unintentionally 20 minutes late (my fault). However, receptionists had me wait 20 minutes before I was called to the front desk and asked to reschedule my appointment. In all fairness I should have double checked the time for my appointment time. However to have me wait for 20 minutes to tell me to reschedule was completely unnecessary especially considering how the clinic was nearly empty when I arrived. Also, I witnessed a receptionist have a personal chat with another employee about personal things while blatantly ignoring a patient waiting in her line. Overall, I was very disappointed. The clinic deserves at least one star for cleanliness though!
