The company s executive office is headquartered in Lawrence, Kan., with its corporate administrative office located in Huntsville, Ala. EMR was established as a corporation in the State of Washington in February 1988. EMR serves governmental clients such as: Air Force, Navy, Marines, Army, Army Corps of Engineers, National Park Service, Forest Service, Veterans Administration, USDA, State and Municipalities, Tribal Governments and many other Federal Agencies.
