Response from Awesome Signs...I wanted to comment on the review left by Marilyn...We strive to give the best customer service possible. From time to time a customers order may be misunderstood, which was the case there. We took the order from her, priced her accordingly, printed & had it ready for next day pick-up. When she was given her order, she informed us that it was wrong rudely & continued to keep a very negative & rude attitude. Still, we continued to entertain her by telling her we would reprint the item but she refused & demanded a refund, which we promtly gave her. We have a very simple motto at Awesome Signs...Be Nice or Leave...we have no problem fixing a situation or trying to keep our customers happy in almost any way possible but it's not acceptable to be verbaly attacked. Sometimes, with some customers, there is nothing you can do to make them happy. By the time she left, she had cussed out the entire Awesome Signs staff. This was an unfortunate incident.

Do not take your business here! I ordered a vinyl sticker from this place and with my ordered I supplied an actual picture and specific parameters for what I needed (meaning size, color, font, etc.). I paid for what I was told and made to believe, was exactly what I said I wanted...what was in the picture and described in the parameters on the 2nd page. Today when I went to pick it up all I got was the top line. When I told the owner that wasn't what I ordered he proceeded to call me a liar, that I was trying to get some thing for nothing, and that I needed to get my refund and get the hell out. So not only did he grossly fail at a VERY simple task but he took it out on me and cussed, yelled at me, and called me a liar. As I walked out of the store the owner yelled "I hope you choke on it"...how professional? DO NOT GO HERE! The owner is completely incompetent, rude, and belligerent.
