I just wanted to drop a line and give my two cents about the Cover Guy. If you are like me, ordering from an online company can always causes a bit of anxiety. Take my word for it though; you dont have to worry about a thing with this company. They are fully legitimate and experts in the field. What else can you ask for?
My New Cover Lifter Works Perfectly! My new lifter is awesome. I can now open and close my hot tub cover within a fraction of the time it used to take me. This was not a product I initially intended to buy, but figured I would give it a shot after reading all the positive reviews. In addition, the Cover Guy offered a really great price on the lifter which was a major benefit. I ended up buying a hydraulic model and am so far very pleased. The arms flow smoothly and are very sturdy; we have two young children so this was a plus. My wife was concerned about the lifter posing a safety hazard, but I can already tell this is not going to be an issue.
Fitting great as expected! There is something to be said about quality service. We received our cover a month ago from The Cover Guy, and so far it has trumped the quality of our original cover. The new one was a replacement, but has performed much better than our first. It also fits perfectly.
Your service made me happy again!!A couple of weeks ago we experienced a theft. For whatever reason, the burglar took some items out of our gazeebo. My daughter had left her phone out there, so he grabbed that. I do not know why or how, but he managed to ruin our cover. At any rate, we have put this behind us and purchased a replacement from The Cover Guy. Your company has restored my faith in humanity. After what we experienced, I doubted this initially. The customer service rep was very friendly and understanding of our situation. He helped us get a new cover and we got a very cheap price.
Looking forward to another successful purchase..So I just bought my first hot tub cover from you. The only thing I am disappointed about is that I can not afford to buy another. I read an interesting piece about how you should always have a back up cover in case your main one goes out. Here soon I will be buying an alternate from The Cover Guy. Your prices are very reasonable and my cover has no defects whatsoever.
The cover fits perfect.. Just wanted to drop in and say thanks! The new cover looks great and fits really well. We made to sure to measure everything beforehand (I made my husband double check them . No fitting issues here. It seals up perfect, and I know our water is staying hot. Before our cover, we would notice a marked decrease in the temperature, by at least 3 to 4 degrees. I couldnt stand waiting for it warm back up.
I know many people have commented on this, but these guys really do sell great hot tub covers. They offer 3 different types and help you decide what is best for you. Their customer service reps are there to make the decision easy. I went in to my local hot tub store and did not receive nearly as much personal attention as The Cover Guy gave me. I tried to tewll the sales rep what I wanted, but he kept going on and on about the importance of getting a premium-grade cover. I told him I did not need one and that I was just looking for something to keep the debris out. We do not use our tub that often, so anything high-end would be pointless. Needless to say, I ended up getting my cover from The Cover Guy. I am so glad I did. We have what we need and spent a lot less than what we could have.
Our order got here a day before it was supposed to, and everything looks good. This is what I call customer service!
The Cover Guy is great. Not only do they sell really cool stuff, they also have a regular blog that gives helpful tips. I have been reading it for some time now as I am an avid hot tuber. I am actually considering starting my own little business. Hot tubs are not all that difficult to repair, but most people do not know this. I have seen loads of ads on Craigslist for broken units, but I know this probably only means a motor is out or something. I intend on buying and selling them, and The Cover Guy has given me some great advice on how to do so. :)
The Cover Guy had everything we needed to get our hot tub fully prepared for this winter. The first thing we needed was a good quality cover. We saved up the money to buy one we know can handle the wear and tear of use. We use our hot tub all year round, but use it much more in the winter time. Spending a couple hundred dollars more is a much better investment then having to replace a cover every couple of years due to breaking. If you live in Wisconsin, then you know what I am talking about. It can get really cold up here, so owning a hot tub means making sure you have the right materials. They also threw in a 2 year warranty. Looking at the quality I do not think this will be an issue, but it is nice to have one just in case something happens.
The Cover Guy does not carry a lot of different kinds of hot tub accessories, but the ones they do have great value and guarantee. I bought two accessories from them: a cover cap and a towel bar. The cover cap fits well and is totally waterproof. The towel bar looks great and was easy to install. If you are looking for similar accessories, the Cover Guy is a good choice.
The Cover Guy makes great replacement covers. All you have to do is fill out a form online with your hot tubs measurements. Then, they make and ship a custom-fitting cover. They have a lot of different options for cover color and weather protection. My cover arrived on time, fits great, and looks great. It looks and feels like it could hold up a lot of weight. Recommended.I like it!
The Force is strong with this one! These covers can support a whole hell of a lot of snow. I have a black one and I call it Darth Vader because it could probably lift an X-Wing if it had to.
