Each property is inspected three times a year then designated a Sunburst Rating. The bright yellow signs are found dotting highways and streets in Canada, China, Colombia, Czech Republic, Hungary, India, Mexico, Philippines, South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States and Uruguay. The hotel chain hosts nearly 40 million guests annually and averages 200,000 guests every night.
