Great place for service. The service manager is truthful to you and lets you know whats really going with your equipment. They are slow at getting pats but the service makes up for it in the end. real friendly to deal even if you don't know anything about what your taking is you can expect to be treated fairly. They looked over a mower and tell you what wrong with it then and what will need to be done in the future. face the fact equipment is like a car and stuff breaks. they warn you ahead of time if they notice anything that going bad. the sales department is good expect is slow when there busy. jerry talks to much would much rather deal with karl the owner when it comes to sales.

Rude sales people--do not patronize. I took a mower in, followed someone else's car into the back area, not one, not two, but three people come running out, screaming at me, top of their lungs, waving arms at me, telling me to 'turn around, get out of here.' So I go all the way out, in the front, and ask what is going on. 'oh, no one's allowed back there.' Really, I say, what about the guy in front of me. Get this--the guy SMILES at me, and says, 'oh well, we know him, he's a friend.' If you're that arrogant, then you don't need my business.This was when I moved into the area. I never went back. There's a great place in Broomall just off teh pike on 252 that has really nice people.
