Karma Karate teaches the traditional Korean art of Tang Soo Do to children and adults. We currently have the most qualified Masters actively teaching than any other school in the area. In 1972, Grand Master Young K. Kwon opened his first martial arts school after coming to America from South Korea. He was part of the first group of instructors to introduce this art to the United States. All of the Masters and instructors at Karma Karate have been taught and trained under his direct tutelage. The mission of Karma Karate is to provide the most comprehensive training in the art of Tang Soo Do, while helping individuals bring out their personal traits of our seven core tenants: Integrity, Concentration, Perseverance, Respect & Obedience, Self-Control, Humility, and Indomitable Spirit. Chief Instructor, Master Louis Bachetti, along with 4 other Master Black Belts and 2 Assistant Masters, that have over 125 years of combined training, bring their own specialized and diverse style of guidance to all of our students.
