I don't know what the previous reviewer was talking about but I have rented 3 units from them and never had any issues with maintenance. I had a dishwasher die and they came out the next day and replaced it and in another unit I had a bathroom leak through the ceiling and again they came right out stopped the leak and fixed the ceiling.

Horrible client services. It takes DAYS to Weeks to get a response from this company, unless they want money. Took 4 months to repair ceiling damages caused by neighbor's leaking water heater. When my lease ended he issued a $2500 repair bill for repairing damages that were caused by previous tenant and were clearly documented on pre-rental walk through.
