very negligent care, wrong medicines, didn't catch pneumonia or test mom for it, don't catch infections, too many aides and most do not speak English, terrible diet, no respect for family or their opinions, try and put seniors to bed before they are ready so aides can go on breaks, noisy halls...overmedicate the seniors with too many anti-depressants and others medicines they do not need to make them groggy and confused..a very terrible place
